Are you looking for a career change, or a change of pace from the 9 – 5 hustle and bustle of a clinical setting? Home health care or in-home senior care career opportunities at Arista may be right for you. With competitive wages, 401k programs, flexible scheduling options, paid time off, and shorter commute times than most home health care companies, Arista puts as much emphasis on caring for our staff as we do in caring for our patients and clients.
Here are some of the benefits of home health work, and why you should consider Arista as your next employer!
Why People Fall in Love with Home Health Care Careers
There are many reasons to love a career in home health and in-home care. These are just a couple:
Getting Out of the Cramped Office Environment
Some personalities just don’t enjoy the daily grind and confines of a hospital or doctor’s office job as a professional in the medical field. If that’s you, home health care can get you out of those four walls. The environment is new and different, you get to drive to different patient homes, and the workplace just doesn’t feel so stagnant. This is a major perk for many health care workers looking to make a change!
A Home Health Care Career Is Fulfilling
Whether they are working for seniors who just need a bit of assistance in their daily living tasks or caring for someone with major medical needs, home health care workers know that they are making a substantial and tangible difference in an individual’s daily life. Caregivers develop meaningful relationships with their patients providing not only wellness services but companionship and social engagement to enrich the lives of the seniors they care for.
