CareConnect offers online bill pay.
Prospective Clients
If you are a new or prospective client, this option will be discussed with you during your initial assessment.
Current Clients
If this is an option you would like to activate, please call the CareConnect office between 9 am – 4 pm M-F at 419-754-1897 or you can email Clayton at cbirney@aristahc.com to request activation for your account.
Each emailed invoice you receive will contain the following link to make a payment using your bank routing number and account number.
The system will allow you to save your banking information for quicker processing of future payments.
Your personal banking information is not stored in our system, it is maintained in a secure cloud-based server.
Because our bi-weekly charges are rarely an exact reoccurring amount, we do not provide automatic payment withdrawal, you must actively select “View & Pay Invoice” each time an invoice is received.
