We have always aimed to be the gold standard in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. After being named a Toledo Top Workplace in 2023 and 2024, we experienced a period in 2025 where we did not make the list. While it was a disappointing moment, it became our greatest opportunity for growth.
