Area Businesses Join Forces for Event on March 16 to benefit St. Luke’s Hospital Foundation

Do you have a plan? Have you thought about what you will do when you retire? If are you are thinking of what you will do when you finish your career you are invited to attend the inaugural Retirement Roadmap event. This educational event will highlight many critical areas that affect retirees once they reach a specific age.

The event, held in the St. Luke’s Hospital Auditorium, will begin at 9 am on Saturday, March 16 and finish at 1 pm. The day will include a continental breakfast and full lunch, registration fee is $10 per person. All proceeds benefit St. Luke’s Hospital Foundation.

“There is a need for this type of event in our community. The professionals that we have coming together will empower people as they move forward with retirement planning,” said Cathy Tippenhauer, Owner of CarePatrol NWO. “We are looking forward to a fun morning that participants will feel is worth their time to attend.”

Breakout session topics will include Medicare planning, pharmaceutical tips, remodeling and downsizing, travel tips and ideas, preplanning one’s funeral, financial planning, estates, wills and trusts organization, and much more. Attendees will receive a gift bag and a raffle ticket for a door prize.

The St. Luke’s Hospital Auditorium is located at 5901 Monclova Road, Maumee, OH. Participants should enter through the east entrance, use driveway 1, enter at the green awning.
