Taking a Break
It’s a job of love and loyalty but can quickly reach a state of burnout if the caregiver is setting aside their own well-being to care for their loved one.
Caring for someone who is elderly or disabled comes with significant demands and often a break from that responsibility is needed.
It’s important for caregivers to take a break now and then. A quality support system is the key to maintaining the high level of care you provide your loved one day in and day out.
